The staff were very professional.
My room was the fire exit, so besides the fire exit door in the room there was also a green fire exit sign. It was lit all night. The roof dome lit the room up at daybreak. I suggest they find a way to close the dome with an automatic blind. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath with an overhead shower, but the bath was very high to step into.

Really good Stay Experience

excellent breakfastmodern interiorcentral location
The provided breakfast included varied, warm food options, EVERYTHING was included in the price. The building featured a lovely old design and a modern interior. The location was excellent near the railway station and almost in the city center. I especially appreciated the room upgrades and the extra care given to maintain cleanliness.
The restaurant portions seemed small compared to the price. This was my only disappointment.

i liked the warm welcome from Sam when i arrived. sam then showed me to my room, a court double room. the room was clean and spacious. i also liked the extras provided.
the courtyard was so noisy i struggled with it. breakfast was not the best. there was a green fire exit sign in the room, and it was on all night. there was also a roof dome, it lit the room up at daybreak.

small roomuninterested staff
The room i had, a character double room, was quite small. moving around was a bit difficult with the furniture arrangement. also, the bouncer outside constantly asked if i was a resident each time i returned. It became quite tiresome. The staff didn't seem too interested in any concerns i had during checkout.

The building room had a minster view. This was quite nice. a proper key opened the door. I liked that detail. the room included a coffee machine and a fridge, so i had no issues storing my beverages.
